John and his team installed BAL FZ shutters on our new sunroom. Their price was very competitive and there were no surprises. John suggested solutions to reduce the cost. The work was completed in a timely manner and to a very high standard. The tradies' work was very neat and they were professional and friendly. We were very impressed with John and his communication. Highly recommended.

Skilled craftsmen with a commitment to quality craftsmanship are increasingly rare, but the team at Comfort Shutters defied the norm. Many would have turned down the job due to the uneven walls, and even the initial quote I received from another company led to them backing out.

The expertise and patience displayed by the Comfort Shutters team were unparalleled. The task at hand was anything but straightforward, yet every person I interacted with, from the owner John to the installers, was not only highly professional but also exceptionally friendly.

Comfort Shutters were approached to place fire shutters on our house in a bushfire prone area in the Blue Mountains 18 months ago. Their service, initially with preparations and quotes could not be faulted. The subsequent quality of their work was of a high standard and their support throughout the whole process was excellent. Dealing with John Gorst has been a pleasure.

John and the team at Comfort Shutters are fantastic and I would highly recommend them. John was very honest with his suggestions and looked for what was the most cost effective solution to update my roller shutter control system unlike some of the other businesses I contacted. Very happy with their work.

Some years ago i had 5 big shutters installed by John for various reasons.
After some minor renovations and painting i
Had to move parts and wanted to replace them.
When i asked John without hesitation he had it all delivered to my front door and without request for any payment.
That’s what i call old fashioned service
Thanks again John

The company who installed our external roller shutters 3 years ago had gone out of business. Two of the shutters developed faulty motors. Our 5 year warranty we thought was worthless with no one to honour it. A phone call to John at Comfort Shutters solved the problem . A call to the motor wholesaler in South Australia was made. The result......the motors were replaced under warranty. This is service beyond anything i have experienced in my 82 years. The "tradies" were very polite , friendly and punctual. Don't bother "shopping around"..... Comfort Shutters is the best for your shutter needs .
